Resolve API and webhook problems

Diagnose failed API calls and webhook deliveries.

1. Check the token

   A 401 or 403 usually means an expired, revoked, or wrong-team token. Check the token list first.

   Confirm the token is active and belongs to the right team.

2. Inspect webhook deliveries

   Review delivery attempts and response codes for the webhook endpoint.

   Confirm the endpoint URL and subscribed events.

3. Respond faster

   Return a 2xx immediately and process the payload in a background job to avoid timeouts.

4. Deduplicate retries

   Treat repeated event IDs as duplicates so retries never create duplicate records.

   Result: Deliveries succeed and your data stays consistent.
