eSignMor vs DocuSign

Both send documents for legally binding e-signature. The biggest difference is how you pay: DocuSign’s eSignature Standard and Business Pro plans are priced per user, while eSignMor’s business plans are priced by the documents you send, with unlimited users. eSignMor also reviews and fixes the contract with AI before it goes out.

Where eSignMor wins

Where eSignMor wins against DocuSign, and why it matters

Each point is based on DocuSign’s own pricing and help pages, linked in the sources and checked October 2026.

  1. Your whole team for one price

Add a salesperson or office manager without adding a seat.

eSignMor Business is $49 a month with unlimited users. DocuSign lists Standard at $30 and Business Pro at $45 per user a month.[1]

  2. AI review that fixes the contract itself

Catch a wrong amount or a missing clause before anyone signs, and send the corrected PDF.

eSignMor’s AI flags mistakes, missing terms and risky terms; you approve, edit or reject each one, and AI writes the approved changes into your original PDF with the same fonts and margins. AI pages are included in every plan. DocuSign’s eSignature plans list an AI-assisted summary for signers; its AI-Assisted Review, which redlines in Microsoft Word, is listed on IAM Enterprise and CLM.[1][3][4]

  3. A published price for every extra document

You know what a busy month costs before it happens.

eSignMor lists the extra-document price on its pricing page: $0.40 on Business, down to $0.20 on Enterprise. DocuSign’s pricing page says extra envelopes are billed at a set per-envelope rate; the rate is not listed there.[1]

  4. API and embedded signing on Business

Connect your own software without a separate developer contract.

eSignMor Business ($49 a month) includes the REST API, signed webhooks and embedded signing. DocuSign lists APIs from Business Pro ($45 per user a month), developer plans from $50 a month billed annually, and embedded signing on its Enhanced API plan (contact sales).[1][2]

  5. Bulk send and branding on lower plans

Send one document to many people, under your own logo, without the top plan.

eSignMor includes your logo and colours from Personal, and bulk send from Business. DocuSign lists branding from Standard and bulk send from Business Pro.[1]

  6. 21 CFR Part 11 controls at a listed price

Regulated teams can start without a sales call.

eSignMor Business Premium ($99 a month) includes 21 CFR Part 11 signing controls. DocuSign lists 21 CFR Part 11 on Enhanced plans, contact sales.[1]

Total cost for a team

What a team pays each month

Where DocuSign does more

DocuSign does some things eSignMor does not: an AI-assisted agreement summary for signers on every plan, payment collection from Business Pro, and conditional routing and signing groups on Enhanced plans. If one person sends five documents or fewer a month, DocuSign Personal ($11 a month, annual plan) costs less than eSignMor Personal ($15 a month).

Which fits you

If only one person sends a few documents, a single-user plan from either vendor can be the simpler choice. If you need payment collection or a specific integration, compare those first. For a team, compare the total bill: per-user prices multiply with every sender, eSignMor’s do not.
