These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the eSignMor website, application, and electronic signature, document management, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by eSignMor (“eSignMor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify eSignMor immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
Upload, store, or transmit content that infringes the rights of any third party
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or security of the Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services

3. Electronic Signatures

eSignMor provides tools for creating, sending, and collecting electronic signatures. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of electronic signatures complies with applicable laws and that you have the legal authority to request or provide a signature.

eSignMor does not provide legal advice. You should consult qualified counsel regarding the legal validity and enforceability of electronic signatures for your specific use case.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, features, and underlying technology, are owned by eSignMor and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload to the Services.

You grant eSignMor a limited license to process your content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. eSignMor does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any electronic signature will be legally valid or enforceable in all circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSignMor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Termination

eSignMor may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
